Our Story: From Traditional Consulting to Transformative Leadership
C-Level Consultants began in 2008, founded by Robin Standlee, CGMA, after decades immersed in the complex and competitive worlds of finance, tax, and business strategy. What started as guiding clients through audits, valuations, and complex financial journeys, evolved into something far more profound.
A Turning Point
Robin’s life changed during a soul-stirring solo quest on Mt. Shasta, where alone on the mountainside she confronted limiting beliefs, healed deep wounds of loss and grief, and experienced the transformative power of nature to illuminate life’s true path. This awakening rekindled childhood passions for mystical traditions, which eventually led her to cross-cultural shamanism, infusing her work with a new sense of purpose.
Returning from the mountain, Robin carried a vision: to bring her whole authentic and feminine wisdom into her leadership roles that will in turn help others expand beyond transactional metrics, competitive illusions of strength and masculine warrior mentalities to building legacies rooted in wisdom derived from connection, whole system thinking, and conscious evolution.

My professional journey spans four decades, driven by a personal promise made after losing my father, an entrepreneur who left us unprepared financially. From mastering tax and financial planning to navigating divorces and business disputes, I learned the technical side of thriving. But life’s deeper teachings pulled me toward understanding the human psyche and heart at the core of success with soul.
Today, I’m a holistic financial professional, business coach, and catalyst passionate about helping leaders rewrite their narratives to achieve sustainable growth, well-being, and legacy.”
Outside of consulting, Robin’s life is enriched by passions for living the principles of cross-cultural shamanism, nature photography and exploring world experiences that uniquely inform her approach to leadership and organizational development.
